Since September 2015, Project Response, Inc. has hosted a weekly support group designated for people who are affected or living with HIV/AIDS. The group meets Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at our main office located at 378 Babcock Street, Melbourne 32935.
The students of the Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Program at Keiser University Melbourne work diligently with Project Response, Inc. client on the first and third Wednesday of every month.
Students are supervised by two Registered and Licensed Dietitians.
The students provide nutrition education on topics such as weight loss, heart-healthy eating, and diabetes. Recipes are also developed based on the food pantry items available at Project Response, Inc.
