Since September 2015, Project Response, Inc. has hosted a weekly support group designated for people who are affected or living with HIV/AIDS. The group meets Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at our main office located at 745 South Apollo Boulevard, Melbourne 32901.
We begin with a reading from The Color of Light, Meditations for all of us living with AIDS and conclude a prayer of support and hope. The group is comprised of mostly long-term survivors, but they are always supportive and full of information for those newly diagnosed.
Over the years, we have welcomed a diverse group of people; straight, gay, bi-sexual single or married couples, parents and siblings. Two people who had met each other while attending the group and are now married. Please join us as all are welcome.
